I've been involved with a lot of membership sites over the past few months, simply because I needed to find a new way to make money and I knew a lot of people who had made money in Affiliate Marketing. Oddly enough, I was told about Wealthy Affiliate on several occassions by a few of these people but I read their comments, emails and IM's with blind eyes. I was looking for those hardcore sales letters promising me the world...
I kept trying to find the next "big thing" that could make me some big money overnight.
Blah... nothing was anything like they yapped about.
Affiliates Den or Google Assassin (pretty much Affiliates Den) were both too much money for too little "good stuff". There was a great sales page, but little hardcore training as promised.
I don't know what it was... I just didn't feel that it did anything for me and there was plenty of others who seemed to quit the program just as quick. I'm trying not to bash the program... I really am. So I'll keep it as simple as that.
There's also forums such as Digital Point, Sitepoint, etc. ALL GREAT forums but, let's face it, there's few people who actually make GOOD money and have GOOD information to share. Most keep their mouths shut and the ones who don't -- they tend to know very little... or sometimes NOTHING...
Bad information can ruin you. Be careful with whom you take advice from!

Luckily I signed up for Wealthy Affiliate about 2 months ago and felt that I found something GREAT. But it all seemed too easy when you started learning. No matter what you seen in the Success Forums (people post their success stories here -- some are GREAT), you just feel that they're hiding something from you...
So I stayed on the program but kept looking for that special "secret formula" and I failed to find it... I spent more money and wasted more time.
But then I followed the advice of Travis Sago (a member of the forum and also the creator of Bum Marketing Method!) and pushed forward.
Thank god for people like Travis, Thad, Dave B., Kyle and Carson, just to name a few. Without these guys - I'd be stuck looking and wasting more money... but they, literally, walk you through with GREAT advice and make sure you're as successful as you want to be (without thinking you're going to be an overnight millionaire...that's NOT going to happen!).

Bottom line: This program is AMAZING. NO joke.
If you're looking to make money online and you want to learn from REAL PROFESSIONALS who are DOWN TO EARTH, LOGICAL - Yet helpful, this program is for SERIOUS people.
It took me a while to finally break down and realize I had to follow the systematic approach that all Affiliates take but it helped BIG TIME.
Don't wait... get involved with Wealthy Affiliate while you have the chance. Don't waste your money on those other programs that are expensive and worthless. Most of them are.
The membership is very low and affordable. Theres no better way to see success through a membership program than Wealthy Affiliate.
